Counterparties are informed that, where transactions with SouthOne are arranged by or with the involvement of SouthOne Capital (Pty) Ltd, an entity incorporated in South Africa and authorised by the the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) in respect of its provision of investment services, neither the South Africa’s Financial Ombudsman Service nor the Financial Services Compensation Scheme will apply to such transactions.
